AGILE PRODUCT STRATEGY

 

“Juice” by Verizon will be a new kind of wireless application that enables users to manage the amount they spend on mobile in real time. I was part of a 5-team inter-disciplinary and multi-agency agile development effort tasked with re-thinking all aspects of the Verizon experience from the inside out.

MY ROLE:

  • client contact for Verizon, design agency and technical services teams

  • authored experience design approach distributed to all teams as guideline for developing creative assets

  • developed communications strategy and platform framework for all teams to identify and provide copy for touch points throughout the experience

  • led MVP roadmap planning with team leadership, developing user stories and acceptance criteria

RESULTS:

  • shipped weekly features to Verizon IT for development

  • implemented global process for evaluating and creating communications for the product

  • product passed through regulatory review and is ready for final client approval (remains on hold)
