DIGITAL DISCOVERY & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

 

Diageo wanted to reach a new generation of rum-drinkers and our team helped them discover insights on who was interested in their products. Once they learned who, we also were asked to recommend how best to reach this new cohort. I helped guide this discovery process and frame up our findings to the client.

MY ROLE:

  • Led teams comprised of strategy, UX, creative and consumer insights through the discovery & definition process

  • Synthesized research findings into product recommendations

  • Ensured that client business goals were pulled through each phase

RESULTS:

  • increased traffic 30% y/y to eCommerce destination

  • improved user engagement with all digital properties 

  • heightened brand awareness across market through email opt-ins
