I am a user experience strategist skilled at experience design, technical requirements gathering and agile development. I have over ten years of digital experience performing multiple roles as part of the product development process with proven leadership skill and an inclusive approach that embraces agile principles.

I have a working knowledge of current quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and when they need to be applied. I have led usability testing and prototype development for several projects now in market. Focused on efficiency in production as well as in delivery, my approach provides clear guidelines for all disciplines as they rotate in and out of phases throughout the project life cycle.

prior.club is a boutique travel destination embarking on their maiden voyage into eCommerce and digital engagement. Their goal is to provide users with bespoke travel experiences using a subscription model.


  • I worked as the client contact between in-house development team and design agency, aligning all teams on milestones and functional requirements

  • Conducted discovery and feature definition workshops with the client and design teams to ensure that industry best practices would be understood

  • Conducted comparative and competitive UX research and provided POV for product features to client for their internal discussions

  • Authored annotated wireframes and user journeys for product functionality

  • Wrote user stories, acceptance criteria and authored MVP roadmap

  • Contributed copywriting and UX writing for UI forms, error messaging, Email communications and authentication prompts.

“Juice” by Verizon will be a new kind of wireless application that enables users to manage the amount they spend on mobile in real time. I was part of a 5-team inter-disciplinary and multi-agency agile development effort tasked with re-thinking all aspects of the Verizon experience from the inside out.

  • developed communications strategy and platform framework for all teams to identify and provide copy for touch points throughout the experience

Diageo wanted to reach a new generation of rum-drinkers and our team helped them discover insights on who was interested in their products. Once they learned who, we also were asked to recommend how best to reach this new cohort. I helped guide this discovery process and frame up our findings to the client.

Nestlé needed a strategy to leverage its traditional CPG portfolio with a creative twist. I was asked to help bring Goodnes to market leading the creative team to a platform launch and developing the accompanying campaign program.


  • Creative copywriting and UX functional specifications including custom algorithm and digital style guidelines.

  • Led team consisting of in-house developers, off-site QA and multiple third-party vendors including client IT teams through CMS development

  • Responsible for negotiating MVP and all features with senior leadership and internal stakeholders including analytics and measurement planning with third-party vendor


  • Shipped MVP on-time to coincide with Nestlé’s 150th Anniversary celebrations

  • Increased purchases of CPG that were included in the platform

  • Gained ~200K subscribers per quarter to targeted segments through opt-in messaging campaign
