Hi I’m Jeff,

I am a multi-talented product manager skilled at user experience strategy & design, technical requirements gathering and agile development. On the creative side I have experience delivering creative concepts and tactics as a copy writer and producer. I have over ten years of digital experience, with proven leadership and an inclusive approach that embraces agile principles.

I have a working knowledge of current quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and when they need to be applied. I have led usability testing and prototype development for several projects now in market. Focused on efficiency in production as well as in delivery, my approach provides clear guidelines for all disciplines as they rotate in and out of phases throughout the project life cycle.

Please contact me if you would like to learn more about how I work.
